This bachelor's thesis deals with developing a business plan for a wellness centre in Rohatec, intending to determine its feasibility. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the definition and explanation of basic concepts such as enterprise, entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, or legal forms of business. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu pro wellness centrum v Rohatci, s cílem posoudit jeho proveditelnost. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část pojednává o vymezení základních pojmů jako je podnik, podnikání, podnikatel, či právní formy podniku. Poslední kapitola této části rozebírá jednotlivé složky podnikatelského plánu.
