Cílem diplomové práce je na základě rozboru rodinných podniků v hotelnictví a gastronomii v Itálii identifikovat rozdíly mezi podniky v jižní Itálii (oblast Kampánie, Apulie, Sicílie a Sardinie) a severní Itálii (oblast Jižní Tyrolsko) a navrhnout jim doporučení ke zlepšení činnosti. The aim of this master thesis is to analyze family gastronomy businesses in gastronomy in Italy to identify differences between businesses in southern Italy (Campania, Apulia, Sicily and Sardinia) and northern Italy (South Tyrol) and propose recommendations to improve their activities.
