The aim of this thesis is to study various factors which influence measurements in microscopy and to systematically test their effect on measurement accuracy. Cieľ tejto práce je zameraný na sledovanie faktorov, ktoré ovplyvňujú merania v mikroskopii, a systematické testovanie ich vplyvu na presnosť meraní. Pre tento účel je využitý simulátor dát CytoPacq, pomocou ktorého sú porovnané vlastnosti pôvodného, nepoškodeného obrazu s vlastnosťami obrazu získaného simulovaným fluorescenčným mikroskopom.
