Balance sheet and its predicative ability in the chosen company.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem „Rozvaha a její vypovídající schopnost ve vybraném podniku “ je analýza vypovídací schopnosti rozvahy. Dále zpracování finanční analýza poměrových ukazatelů a navrhnutí opatření ke zlepšení finanční situace ve vybraném podniku. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretická a praktická. V teoretické části jsou popsány přípravné práce před účetní závěrkou, poté vysvětleny pojmy aktiva, pasiva, náklady, výnosy a s nimi spojené příslušné výkazy a nakonec finanční analýza a ukazatelé s ní spojené. Praktická část začíná charakteristikou podniku, který si nepřeje být jmenován, ale data se kterými se v bakalářské práci pracuje, jsou skutečná, stejně tak i vybraný podnik. Pro účely bakalářské práce jsem si podnik pojmenovala „LUKAM, s.r.o.“. Dále praktická část pokračuje popisem působení podniku na trhu a výrobní činností podniku, kterým se zabývá. Následuje nejdůležitější kapitola bakalářské práce v praktické části, v které je provedena finanční analýza podniku. V závěru práce jsou pak diskutovány výsledky a navržena opatření, které by podnik mohl vzít v potaz.

Abstract:

Abstract in English the aim of the thesis entitled "Balance Sheet and its predictive ability of the chosen company" is an analysis of predicative ability of the balance sheet. Further processing of financial analysis of financial ratios and proposal of actions to improve the financial situation of the chosen company. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is described preparatory work for closing financial statement, thereafter explained the terms such as assets, liabilities, expenses, revenues and associated relevant statements and finally financial analysis and indicators associated with it. The practical part begins with the characteristics of the company, which does not wish to be named, but the data with which the thesis works are real, as well as the selected firm. For the purposes of this thesis the company is named „LUKAM, s.r.o.“ Furthermore, the practical part continues with the description of firm’s market operations and manufacturing activity which the firm deals with. The following is the most important chapter of the thesis in the practical part, in which is a financial analysis of the company. In conclusion, the results are discussed and measures are proposed, which the company would take into consideration.
