Abstract:
Predmetom práce je rozbor systému regulácie komerčných bánk a spôsob vykonávania dohľadu nad nimi. Pozornosť je venovaná špecifickým rysom bankového podnikania, druhom rizík, ktorým komerčné banky sústavne čelia, argumentom v prospech a proti regulácii bankového systému, nástrojom centrálnej banky a medzinárodných orgánov pri udeľovaní licencie banke, monitorovaní a kontrole jej činnosti.
