Specific Enriching Techniques of Phosphopeptides
Abstract:
Cílem této práce byla optimalizace a studium postupů specifického obohacení fosfopeptidů po proteolytickém štěpení fosfoproteinů a před vlastní MS analýzou. Jako modelový protein byl zvolen hovězí alfa-kasein. Analýzy byly provedeny na MALDI-TOF MS. Abstract:
The purpose of this work was optimization and study of specific techniques for phosphopeptide enrichment after phosphoprotein proteolytic cleavage and before the MS analysis. As a model protein, bovine alpha-casein was chosen. Analysis was accomplished on MALDI-TOF MS instrumentation.
