Abstract:

Jako téma své bakalářské práce jsem si zvolila “Finanční plán podniku INNEX s.r.o”. Finanční plán je kvalitativním vyjádřením všech podnikatelských aktivit, zejména provozu a růstu společnosti. Promítá podnikatelské záměry do peněžních toků, ověřuje dosažitelnost těchto záměrů, určuje disponibilní finanční zdroje, modeluje možné varianty budoucího vývoje. Zároveň napomáhá předvídat rizika a hrozby, umožňuje jejich limitování a nalezení alternativních řešení. Teoreticko-metodologická část této práce popisuje pojem finančního plánování, jeho zásady, postupy při sestavování a další související problematiku. Cílem práce je aplikace popsaných metod a nástrojů do praktické části na příkladu vybrané společnosti. Na začátku byla provedena analýza faktorů, které mají podstatný vliv na firmu, zároveň byla provedena i finanční analýza. Dále bude navrhován finanční plán a posouzení dosažitelnosti vytyčených cílů.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is “Financial plan of company INNEX s.r.o.”. Financial plan is the key to all company activities, operations and the growth of the business itself, which turns business objectives into cash flow. Financial planning helps to predict the future of the business – determines the available financial resources, possible options and models for the future development of the organization. At the same time it shows all the risks and threats, helps to avoid possible problems and finds alternative solutions. Theoretical parts of this work describe the concept of financial planning its complex procedures and other related issues. The aim of this thesis is practical application of these methods and procedures on a real example. In a practical part I analyzed significant factors which affect the business; it continues with financial analysis and proposition of the financial plan for the selected company. At the end of this work will be the assessment of the established goals.
