Management and method of the continuos improvement process KAIZEN
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce porovnává principy řízení používanými v japonském a západním managementu, zaměřuje se na jednu z nejdůležitějších metod japonského managementu KAIZEN. Práce se snaží odpovědět na otázku co stojí za celosvětovým úspěchem mnoha japonských firem a čím je japonský styl řízení tak odlišný.
Abstract:
In this bachelor's thesis I would like to introduce, compares various principles used in Japanese and in Western management, concerns on one of the most important method of Japanese management KAIZEN. In this thesis I would also talk about, what is the point of those worldwide successes of many Japanese companies, and wherewith is Japanese style of managing so different.
