Abstract:

Matějíková, Kateřina. Analýza trhu a dostupnost biopotravin ve vybraném regionu (Brno-město) se zaměřením na poloţku „biopečivo“. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2018. Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice dostupnosti biopotravin ve vybraném regionu Brno-město se zaměřením na biopečivo. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část práce se zabývá obecnými informacemi o produkci biopotravin. Druhá část se zaměřuje na konkrétní kategorii bioprodukce - biopečivo. Cílem této práce je zmapování obchodních míst s biopečivem v lokalitě Brno-město, zhodnocení jejich sortimentu biopečiva a cenové srovnání s pečivem běţným, z konvenční produkce. Výsledky této práce umoţňují spotřebiteli snadnější přehled o velikosti sortimentu, původu a cenách biopečiva v jednotlivých obchodech v centru Brna.

The bachelor thesis is aimed at the issues connected with the availability of organic food in chosen region, Brno-city, focused on organic pastry. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the basic information about the production of organic food. The second part is focused on specific categories of organic production, specifically on organic pastry. The aim of this thesis is to map the places selling organic pastry in the area of Brno-city, evaluate their selection of organic pastry and compare the prices with regular pastry from commercial production. The results of this thesis provide the consumer with a clearer overview about the size of the range of products, the origin and prices of organic pastry in specific stores in the center of Brno.
