Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je „agenturní zaměstnávání”. Jedná se o velmi zajímavé a aktuální téma, protože na jednu stranu agenturní zaměstnávání má řadu pozitiv, a to jak pro zaměstnavatele, tak pro zaměstnance agentury práce. Na druhou stranu je agenturní zaměstnávání často podrobováno kritice a právem stanovená pravidla nejsou vždy dodržena. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na samotné vymezení základních pojmů, pojednání o historii agenturního zaměstnávání na území České republiky, aktuální právní úpravu agenturního zaměstnávání a jeho podmínek v českém právním řádu. V aplikační části na základě dotazníkového šetřeni mezi zaměstnanci v agenturách práce byla provedená identifikace případů, kdy dochází k porušování právních předpisů. Přínosem této práce bylo zformulování doporučení, jak případy porušování právní úpravy eliminovat.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is "agency employment". This is a very interesting and current topic, because on the one hand, agency employment has a number of positives for employers and employment agency. On the other hand agency employment is often criticized and the rules defined by the law are not always followed. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the definition of basic concepts, a treatise on the history of agency employment in the Czech Republic, the current legal regulation of agency employment and its conditions in the Czech legal system. In the application part, based on a questionnaire survey among employees in employment agencies, an identification was made of cases where violations of legal regulations occur. The benefit of this thesis elaboration was the formulation of recommendations on how to eliminate cases of violation of legislation.
