Abstract:

V diplomové práci „Strategická analýza se zaměřením na analýzu stakeholderů organizace XYZ“ je cílem vytvořit strategickou analýzu nově vznikajícího podniku a zároveň z této analýzy navázat na stakeholderskou analýzu podniku, která navrhne doporučení pro budoucí strategii podniku. V teoretické části budou vymezeny základní pojmy jako je strategie, strategické řízení, strategická analýza a stakeholderská analýza. Druhá část práce se bude zabývat samotným podnikem a na základě vypracovaní strategické a stakeholderské analýzy budou navrženy opatření a doporučení pro budoucí strategii podniku.

Abstract:

In the master thesis "Strategic analysis focusing on stakeholder analysis of the organization XYZ" is the aim to create a strategic analysis of an emerging enterprise and at the same time to build on this analysis with a stakeholder analysis of the enterprise that will propose recommendations for the future strategy of the enterprise. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts are strategy, strategic management, strategic analysis and stakeholder analysis will be defined. The second part of the thesis will deal with the enterprise itself and based on the development of the strategic and stakeholder analysis, measures and recommendations for the future strategy of the enterprise will be proposed.
