The effect of netting on the qualitative parameters of harvest grapes.

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá vlivem technických síťovin na kvalitativní parametry sklízených hroznů. Je zde popsána tvorba látek obsažených v hroznu, hlavní kvalitativní parametry hroznů metody na zvýšení kvality sklízených hroznů. Byl zde založen pokus u tří odrůd révy vinné a sledován po dobu tří let. Vyhodnocen byl průnik hmyzu k chráněným hroznům v průběhu pokusu, zdravotní stav sklízených hroznů a dále byl vyhodnocen základní analytický rozboru a měření metodou HPLC. Byl prokázán jednoznačný pozitivní vliv na sledované parametry u pozdních odrůd révy vinné. U ranějších odrůd vliv nebyl prokazatelný. Nakonec bylo shrnuto i ekonomické hledisko použití síťovin v praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the influence of technical meshes on the qualitative parameters of harvested grapes. The formation of substances contained in grapes, the main qualitative parameters of grapes, methods for increasing the quality of harvested grapes are described here. An experiment with three grape varieties was established here and monitored for three years. The penetration of insects to the protected grapes during the experiment, the health status of the harvested grapes, and the basic analytical analysis and measurement by the HPLC method were evaluated. A definite positive effect on the monitored parameters was demonstrated for late grape varieties. For earlier varieties, the effect was not demonstrable. Finally, the economic aspect of the use of meshes in practice was also summarized in our country and in the world.
