Abstract:

Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou motivačních aspektů autoregulace učení studentů pomáhajících profesí. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem autoregulace učení, podává přehled o vybraných klíčových teoriích autoregulace učení a objasňuje současné modely autoregulace učení předních autorů. Po obecnějším přehledu zaměřuje svou pozornost na motivaci v procesu autoregulace učení a popisuje motivační aspekty společně s vybranými faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Pojednává o vybraných možnostech rozvoje autoregulace učení a uvádí způsob diagnostiky její úrovně. Na základě vymezení teoretických východisek zkoumané problematiky předkládá empirický výzkum motivačních aspektů autoregulace učení vysokoškolských studentů pomáhajících profesí. Výzkum přináší nejen popis jejich úrovně, ale také objasnění míry vzájemných závislostí a zjištění příčinných souvislostí, které mohou autoregulaci učení ovlivnit. Znamená to zjištění rozdílů podle věku, pohlaví, oboru, formy studia, ročníku a dle aktuální studijní úspěšnosti. Ověřuje, jak studenti vnímají svou aktuální studijní úspěšnost, jak jsou s touto úspěšností spokojení a co podle nich nejčastěji rozhoduje o studijním neúspěchu. V neposlední řadě přináší pohled na adaptaci první části zahraničního nástroje MSLQ dotazníku (motivační přesvědčení) v českém edukačním prostředí včetně uvedení základních psychometrických vlastností nástroje a zjištění, zda jsou tyto údaje uváděny v rámci předních českých periodik.

Abstract:

The present dissertation thesis deals with the issue of motivational aspects of self-regulated learning of students in helping professions. The theoretical part of the thesis gives an overview of selected theories of self-regulated learning and clarifies the current models of self-regulated learning by leading authors. After a general overview its attention is focused on motivation in the process of self-regulated learning and describes the motivational aspects of self-regulated learning together with selected factors that affect them. It discusses the selected development programs and provides diagnostic possibilities of its level. Based on the definition of the theoretical background of the issues is presented empirical research on motivational aspects of self-regulated learning of university students in helping professions. The research provides not only a description of their level, but also clarifying the degree of interdependence and identification of causalities that can affect self-regulated learning. It means finding differences by age, gender, field of study, form of study, year of study and the current academic performance. Verifies how students perceive their current academic success, how are satisfied with this success and what they think most often determines the degree of study failure. Lastly offers insights into the adaptation of the first part of the MSLQ questionnaire (motivational beliefs) for the Czech educational environment including the basic psychometric properties and shows how these data are presented in the context of the Czech leading periodicals.
