High Gravity Beer Technology
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá technologií výroby vysokostupňových piv a jejím porovnání s technologií piv klasických. Dále jsou zde uvedeni nejvýznamnější výrobci vysokostupňových piv ve Světě včetně vybraných výrobků typických pro příslušné země. Na závěr jsou popsány zdravotní aspekty v souvislosti s konzumací piva.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the technology of special beers production and with their comparison with the classic beers technology. There are introduced the most important producers of special beers in the World together with specification of products typical for each countries. The final part is focused on the relationship between health aspects and consumption of the special beer.
