Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj a historii moravského vinohradnictví s cílem charakterizovat používané pracovní operace a nářadí, které se vykonávaly ve vinici. Popisuje činnosti v průběhu vinařova roku, jako je kultivace, hluboké kypření, řez, sklizeň, vyvazování a další. The objective of the bachelor thesis is to characterize tasks carried out in the vineyard and tools used in the context of the historical development of the viniculture in the Moravia region.
