Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem vnímání pracovníka klientem v rámci terénních programů, zaměřených na uživatele návykových látek. Kromě toho, že je výzkum zaměřen na to, jak klienti vnímají službu, zabývám se spíše vztahem klientů a pracovníků, což také považuji za stěžejní část práce. This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the clients´ perception of the social worker within field programs aimed at the drug users. The practical part also deals with the clients´ perception and evaluation of the services. The main focus lies on the relationship between the clients and the social workers.
