Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření ošetřovatelského procesu v péči o pacienta po kardiopulmonální resuscitaci (KPR), který vychází z ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA - I Taxonomie II, které se vztahují ke konkrétním potřebám pacienta. Dalším důležitým cílem je přiblížit specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů, kteří prodělali kardiopulmonální resuscitaci. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje definici pojmu KPR, zaměřuje se také na kardiopulmonální resuscitaci dětí a dospělých, na neodkladnou a rozšířenou KPR, dále pak na náhlé selhání životních funkcí a na specifickou roli sestry v intenzivní péči. Praktická část práce se soustředí na plán ošetřovatelského procesu u konkrétního pacienta po KPR, a také na jeho potřeby v průběhu hospitalizace. Na základě posouzení pomocí NANDA - I Taxonomie II bylo u vybrané pacientky určeno celkem 25 ošetřovatelských diagnóz. K vybraným ošetřovatelským diagnózám byl zpracován ošetřovatelský plán včetně určujících znaků, souvisejících a rizikových faktorů, souvisejících onemocnění/stavů, cílů ošetřovatelské péče, ošetřovatelských intervencí, jejich realizace i hodnocení ošetřovatelské péče.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to develop a nursing process in the care of the patient after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), which is based on the NANDA - I Taxonomy II nursing diagnoses that relate to the specific needs of the patient. Another important goal is to bring out the specifics of nursing care for patients who have undergone cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the definition of the term CPR, it also focuses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation of children and adults, on urgent and extended CPR, then on sudden failure of vital signs and on the specific role of the nurse in intensive care. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the nursing process plan for a specific patient after CPR, as well as the patient's needs during hospitalization. A total of 25 nursing diagnoses were identified for the selected patient based on the NANDA - I Taxonomy II assessment. A nursing care plan was developed for the selected nursing diagnoses, including identifying features, associated and risk factors, associated diseases/conditions, nursing care goals, nursing interventions, their implementation and nursing care assessment.
