Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje právním, účetním a daňovým aspektům podnikových kombinací v České republice. Postupně rozebírá jednotlivé varianty podnikových kombinací z hlediska jejich procesní náročnosti a daňových povinností. The diploma thesis deals with legal, accounting and tax aspects of business combinations in the Czech Republic.
