Tato diplomová práce se zabývá trestnými činy proti lidské důstojnosti v sexuální oblasti, především na ty pachané na dětech. Představuje přehled problematiky týkající se této oblasti. V úvodní části se autor zabývá teoretickými pojmy lidské důstojnosti a mravnostní kriminality, rozebírá profil pachatele sexuálně motivovaných trestných činů a také dítě jako oběť. This thesis deals with crimes against human dignity in sexual matters, particularly those against children. It presents an overview of issues related to this topic. In the introduction, the author deals with the theoretical terms of human dignity and moral crime, examines the profile of perpetrators of sexual crimes and child as a victim.
