Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním projektu ke stavebnímu povolení polyfunkčního domu s občanskou vybaveností a bytem ve druhém podlaží. Dům se bude nacházet v Hluboké nad Vltavou. Bude vypracováno architektonické, stavební a dispoziční řešení. V domě se nachází podnik veřejného stravování (pizzerie), který má řešení bezbariérových prostor. This bachelor thesis concerns about creating project for building permission of a multifunctional house with municipal amenities and a flat on the second floor. The house will be located in Hluboká nad Vltavou. The architectonical, constructional and dispositional design will be made.
