Petition in public administration
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá peticemi ve veřejné správě. Nejdříve charakterizuje daný právní institut, tj. petice, vymezuje rámec subjektů, procedurální stránku a to s ohledem na součastnou platnou právní úpravu. Další prioritou této práce je analýza judikatury Ústavního soudu České republiky z oblasti petičního práva. Poslední kapitola se věnuje právu podat petici Evropskému parlamentu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with petitions in public administration. At first, it defines a legal term petition and specifies an ambit of petition subjects and petition process in accordance with the applicable law.The other priority of the thesis is to analyze the case law of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic involving the right to petition.
