Signal preprocesing of semiconductor ionization radioation detectors

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku předzpracování signálu z polovodičového detektoru radiace. Úvod práce je zaměřen na obecný popis polovodičových detektorů radiace - principu jejich funkce a charakteru výstupního signálu. Další část práce se zabývá simulací a návrhem obvodů pro analogové a digitální předzpracování signálu z polovodičového detektoru radiace. Další část práce popisuje realizaci navržených obvodů, ověření jejich funkce a odměření jejich parametrů, potřebných pro porovnání analogového a digitálního předzpracování signálu z polovodičového detektoru radiace.V závěru práce je provedeno porovnání analogového a digitálního předzpracování signálu z polovodičového detektoru radiace na základě změřených parametrů. Porovnání je provedeno z hlediska vhodnosti použití.

Abstract:

The master thesis is focused on the signal preprocessing originating from the semiconductor radiation detector. Introduction is aimed on a general description of semiconductor radiation detectors and a description of the principle and function of semiconductor radiation detectors and a description of the output signal from the detector. Another section deals with design and computer simulation of analog and digital circuits for signal preprocessing of a semiconductor radiation detector. Another part of the work concerns the implementation of the proposed circuit, verification of their functions and measuring the parameters of the proposed circuits, important to compare analog and digital signal preprocessing of semiconductor radiation detector. In conclusion of the master thesis is compared analog and digital signal preprocessing of semiconductor radiation detector according to the measure results.
