Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na čas jako významnou právní skutečnosti z hlediska lhůt, dob, dovršení času a jeho projevů v rodinném právu. Práce obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů a analýzu obecných ustanovení zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník ve vztahu k vybraným institutům rodinného práva. The thesis focuses on the time as an important legal fact in terms of deadlines, time, completion time and its manifestations in family law. The thesis contains definitions of basic concepts and analysis of the general provisions in Act no. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code in relation to selected institutes of family law.
