Examination and Work at the Crime Scene

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje ohledání a práci na místě činu. Cílem je vytvoření logického souhrnu o tomto odvětví, který bude sloužit osobám, jež nejsou s touto oblastí seznámeny. Práce je rozdělena celkem do pěti kapitol. První se věnuje definováním místa činu, nálezu a zjištění a charakterizuje vztah místa činu a místa trestného činu. Ve druhé kapitole je vymezeno ohledání jako takové. Jeho podstata, význam, právní úprava, zásady, negativní okolnosti a druhy. Třetí kapitola obsahuje ohledání místa činu včetně jeho přípravy, metod využívaných při ohledání a metodiky, taktiky, zajištění místa činu a zvláštnosti ohledání některých deliktů. Předposlední kapitola je věnována kriminalistickým stopám, jejím druhům včetně mikrostop, způsobům vyhledávání a zajišťování materiálních stop, významu paměťové stopy a vyšetřovací hypnóze, která souvisí s paměťovými stopami. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na dokumentaci místa činu, na její nové formy a jednotlivé metody.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on crime scene investigation and work. The aim is to produce a logical summary of the sector that will serve those unfamiliar with the field. The thesis is divided into a total of five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to defining the crime scene, discovery and detection, and characterizes the relationship between the crime scene and the crime scene of criminal offence. The second chapter defines the search itself. Its essence, significance, legislation, principles, negative circumstances and types. The third chapter contains crime scene examination, including its preparation, methods used in examination, including its preparation, methods used in examination and the methodology, tactics, securing the crime scene, and peculiarities of examination of certain offens. The penultimate chapter is devoted to criminal traces, types including microtraces, the methods of searching and securing material traces, the significance of memory traces, and investigative hypnosis as it relates to memory traces. The last chapter focuses on crime scene documentation, on its different forms and new methods.
