Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá o importu čínského konzumního zboží do Ruska. Cílem této práce je dokázat toho, že import produktů z Číny do Ruska je profitabilní business zejména v dálných částí východního Ruska. První kapitola obsahuje základní informace o těchto dvou zemích, politické a právní hlediska, právní entity a kulturní aspekty business vyjednávání. Druhá část obsahuje informace ohledně sortimentu, ceně, distribuci a propagaci čínského zboží na ruském trhu. Rovněž v třetí části je pokryto téma transportu a logistiky, podmínek dovozu a plateb, cla či jiné certifikace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is about import of Chinese consumer goods to the Russian Federation. In this work the main aim is to prove that importation of products from China to Russian is a profitable business, especially in the Russian Far East. The first chapter involves basic information about these two countries, political and legal conditions, legal entities and cultural aspects of business negotiations. The second part includes information regarding assortment, price, distribution and promotion of Chinese goods in the Russian market. As for the third chapter, it covers transportation and logistics, delivery conditions, payment conditions, custom clearance and other certifications.
