Chicane among the adults - forms, consequences and defence

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku mobbingu a ostatních forem šikany mezi dospělými na pracovišti. Cílem práce je vymezení a definování jednotlivých pojmů, objasnění příčin vzniku těchto sociálně patologických jevů, vysvětlení a charakteristika jednotlivých fází a typických způsobů mobbingu, popis možných důsledků pro oběť, organizaci a společnost a v neposlední řadě i možnosti a strategie obrany včetně prevence a legislativní úpravy.

Abstract:

This work is directed with a view to the problems of mobbing and other forms of chicane among the adults at work. The objective of the work is to delimitation and to define the single conceptions to clear up the reasons of a rise of these social pathological phenomena, explanation and characteristic of individual phases and typical ways of the mobbing, descriptions of eventual consequences for sacrifice, organisation and society and not least with possibilities and strategy of a defence incl. prevention and regularization.
