Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem digitalizace v Komerční bance. Cílem této bakalářské práce je určit připravenost klientů Komerční banky na chystanou digitalizaci poskytovaných služeb. V první části práce jsou teoreticky popsány trendy Průmyslu 4.0, tedy trendů automatizace, robotizace a především digitalizace, a to jak z obecného, tak bankovního pohledu. Praktická část této práce je vytvořena na základě dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo 102 klientů banky. Hlavním zjištěním je dostatečná připravenost klientů na digitalizaci, a to nejen z důvodu častého využívání digitálních prostředků. Zároveň existuje řada překážek, které úplné digitalizaci brání, jako je zejména malá informovanost klientů. Hlavním doporučením je větší kooperace s klienty nejen na uzpůsobování digitálních technologií, ale také v učení se s těmito technologiemi pracovat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with topic of digitization in Komerční banka. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine the readiness of Komerční banka clients for the upcoming digitization of the services provided. In the first part of the thesis are theoretically described the trends of Industry 4.0, as the trends of automation, robotization and above all, digitization, both from a general and a banking point of view. This practical work is created on the basis of a questionnaire survey, which is based on 102 clients of the bank. The main finding is the sufficient readiness of clients for digitization, and not only because of the frequent use of digital means. At the same time, there are a number of obstacles that prevent complete digitization, such as, in particular, the lack of awareness among clients. The main recommendation is greater cooperation with clients not only in adapting digital technologies, but also in learning to work with these technologies.
