Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je správní řízení podle stavebního zákona, vymezení jeho postavení v právním řádu České republiky, organizace na úseku veřejného stavebního práva, vymezení účastníků jednotlivých řízení, jeho průběh a zvláštnosti, opravné prostředky proti rozhodnutí stavebních úřadů a srovnání současné a připravované úpravy stavebního zákona.
