Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vymezení pojmu trestného činu a subsidiaritu trestního postihu. Pojem trestného činu jsem zpracovala jak z hlediska historického vývoje, tak i z pohledu skutkové podstaty, vývojových stádií trestné činnosti, a nebo bipartice trestných činů. Subsidiaritě trestního postihu jsem se věnovala také zevrubně, tedy z hlediska historického, legálního aj.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis is aimed at defining the concept of a criminal act and subsidiarity of criminal sanctions. I processed the concept of the criminal act not only from historical development viewpoint, but also from state of facts, developmental stages of a crime or bipartition crimes perspective.
