Abstract:

Management is the eternal theme of enterprise and the cornerstone of enterprise development. Enterprise management is the objective requirement and direct product of socialized mass production. Enterprise management is an important condition for the successful implementation of production and operation activities. Enterprise management occupies a very critical position in the development of enterprises, and its effect directly affects the level of development of enterprises, without management, there is no efficiency, and without efficiency, enterprises will not survive. Management is also productivity, and strengthening management is an important way to improve productivity. How to strengthen management and cope with the fierce competition in the new economic environment has posed a serious challenge to Chinese enterprises, but also provided them with a historical opportunity to achieve rapid development.
