Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na botanický popis klonů plodiny jakonu, který náleží mezi andské plodiny. Ve své teoretické části se práce zabývá obecným rozšířením a pěstováním této plodiny ve světě. Popisuje chemické složení (zvláště aminokyseliny) a biologické účinky komponent jakonu. Diplomová práce také obsahuje informace o využití jakonu v dietetice. The master thesis is focused on the botanical description of yacon clones crops, which belong to the Andean crops. In its theoretical part the work describes deals with the general expansion and growing of this crop in the world.
