Abstract:

Crowdfunding je jednou z nových metod získávání finančních prostředků od velkého množství lidí, kteří za to dostávají hmotnou či nehmotnou odměnu. Tato práce v teoretické části popisuje typy financování pro začínající firmy, podstatu crowdfundingu a jeho historii, varianty a platformy. V praktické části se zabývám kvalitativním výzkumem odpovědí 5 investorů do podílové crowdfundingové kampaně skrze platformu Fundlift a rozhodujícími faktory pro jejich investování. Výsledky jsou porovnány s podobnými průzkumy napříč celým světem. Tyto poznatky a nabyté znalosti z teoretické z práce jsou aplikovány na návrh kampaně vstupu Necestovky na crowdfundingovou platformu Fundlift.

Abstract:

Crowdfunding is one of the new methods of raising funds from a large number of people, who receive either material or non-material reward for their contribution. The theoretical part of the thesis describes several types of financing for start-ups and furthermore examines crowdfunding and its essence, history, options and platforms. The practical part presents conducted qualitative research of 5 investors in the crowdfunding campaign through the Fundlift platform and their decisive factors. Results are compared with the relevant researches across the world. These reseraches results and acquired theoretical knowledge from the thesis are applied to the proposal of the entry Necestovka on the Fundlift crowdfunding platform.
