Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá agenturním zaměstnávání. V práci je zpracována historie i současnost agenturního zaměstnávání v České republice. Hlavní pozornost je pak věnována obcházení agenturního zaměstnávání. A to jak agenturami práce a uživateli, tak takzvanými „pseudoagenturami“.
