Rehabilitative procedures in the therapy of scoliosis

Abstract:

Zvolila jsem si bakalářskou práci na téma Rehabilitační postupy v terapii skolióz. V úvodu jsem nastolila problém týkající se dané tematiky. Přehled teoretických poznatků je rozdělen na dvě základní podkapitoly, na část obecnou a speciální. Obecná část obsahuje anatomii vztahující se k tématu, aby si čtenář vytvořil základní přehled potřebný k chápání jednotlivých souvislostí, dále jsem se zde zabývala skoliózou z hlediska její historie, nechybí ani její definice, klasifikace skolióz podle jednotlivých kritérií a detailnější charakteristika jednotlivých typů. V závěru této části je popsána operační léčba skolióz, prevence, diagnostické postupy, prognóza a pozdní následky skolióz. Speciální část zahrnuje konzervativní postupy v léčbě skolióz. Následují cíle, úkoly práce a v hlavní části jsem formou kazuistiky zpracovala vyšetření pacienta, které zahrnuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý rehabilitační plán, který je demonstrován prostřednictvím terapie během jednotlivých návštěv pacienta, dále výstupní kineziologický rozbor a na něj navazující dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. V závěru jsem zhodnotila výsledek spolupráce s pacientem. V úplném závěru práce jsou použité dokumenty a obrazové přílohy.

Abstract:

For my bachelor work I have chosen the theme Rehabilitative procedures in the therapy of scoliosis. At the beggining I introduced the points about this theme. The chapter called The summary of theoretical pieces of knowledge is divided into two main parts, namely the general and the special part. The general part consists of the anatomy pertaining to the theme to make the basic summary, which is important for the understanding of several chains of events. I was also concerned with the history of scoliosis, its definition, the classification according to the several criterions and the detailed characterization of the several types of scoliosis. It is described the operative therapy, the diagnostical routes, the prognosis and the late after-effects of scoliosis at the end of this part. The special part includes the conservative routes in the therapy of scoliosis. The next part is called The aims and duties of the work. The main part is composed of the investigation of the patient, which includes the anamnesis, the entering kinesiological analysis, the short-term rehabilitative plan, which is demonstrated through the therapy during the several seeings, then the outgoing kinesiological analysis and the long-term rehabilitative plan. At the end I assesssed the results of cooperation with the patient. The last chapters are called The used documents and The visual fixings.
