Cílem této práce je návrh řízení nákladů velkoobchodní společnosti ABC na bázi nákladových středisek a jeho implementace. Tato práce reaguje na výrazný nedostatek ve stávajícím řízení nákladů společnosti ABC. Celkový podnikový rozpočet není precizně rozdělen na jednotlivé části podle nákladových středisek. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to propose cost control of wholesale company ABC on the cost centers basis. The thesis is a reaction to strong weakness in current cost control of the company. The whole company budget is not precisely divided into parts based on cost centers.
