Abstract:
The aim of the work under the name of "In-cash and in-kind contribution in the company " is to analyze the types of deposits and their legal treatment. Examine the issue of the land's obligation to the shareholders of the company.
Abstract:
Cieľom práce pod názvom „Peňažný a nepeňažný vklad v obchodnej spoločnosti“ je analyzovať druhy vkladov a ich právnu úpravu. Skúmať problematiku vkladovej povinnosti spoločníkov obchodnej spoločnosti.
