Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the synthesis of new 1,4-diazepino-indole-1-one derivatives and the evaluation of their potential as cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitors. The theoretical part offers an overview on potent CDK inhibitors and reviews the method of bioisosteric replacement and its application in SAR studies. Tato práce je zaměřena na syntézu nových 1,4-diazepin-indol-1-onových derivátů a na hodnocení jejich vlastností jako možných inhibitorů cyklin-dependentních kináz (CDK). Teoretická část obsahuje přehled silných CDK inhibitorů a charakterizaci metody bioizosterické výměny a jejího využití ve studiích SAR.
