Electronic properties of cobaltites studied with ellipsometry
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis we study thin films of cobaltites La1-xSrxCoO3 deposited on the LSAT substrate. The reasons for studying these materials are their remarkeble properties regarding mainly the diversity of the phase diagram that includes ferromanetism, paramagnetism and also strain induced ferromagnetism. V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme výzkumu tenkých vrstev kobaltitů La1-xSrxCoO3 deponovaných na substrát LSAT. Motivací výzkumu těchto materiálu jsou jejich pozoruhodné vlastnosti, zejména co se týče pestrosti fázového diagramu. Fázový diagram kobaltitů zahrnuje feromagnetismus, paramagnetismus, ale například i napětím indukovaný feromagnetismus. Studovaných bylo celkem šest vzorků o různých koncentracích …more
