Waste Removal Fee and its Enforcement
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je nastínit problematiku vymáhání poplatku za komunální odpad. Práce se zabývá jednotlivými druhy poplatku za komunální odpad, postupem obce při správě poplatku a jeho vymáháním. Zvláštní část práce je věnována postoji Veřejného ochránce práv k této problematice.
Abstract:
Aim this bachelor thesis is outline the problems with enforcement waste removal fee. The thesis is addressed single kinds of waste removal fee, practice of the municipal with managing fee and its enforcement. Special part of thesis is devoted to the stance of the Public Defender of Rights regarding this problems.
