Wallachian varieties of fruits
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá krajovými odrůdami ovoce. V teoretické části je popsáno jádrové ovoce. Důraz je kladen na pěstování a chemické složení jablek. Cílem praktické části bylo stanovit sušinu, refraktometrickou sušinu, vitamín C, obsah organických kyselin, fosfor a pektinové látky u krajových odrůd ovoce. Výsledky byly porovnány s tržními odrůdami ovoce.
Abstract:
This work deal with the Wallachian varieties of fruit. It is described a pomaceous fruit in the theoretical part. It is accentuated cultivating and the chemical structure of apples. It was an aim of practicle part to determine the solid, the refractometric solid, vitamin C, the content of organic acids, phosphorus and pectins in the Wallachian varieties of fruit.
