Tato práce se zabývá řízením změn v mediální skupině POHODA. Cílem práce je vytyčení teoretických východisek ohledně změn a řízení změn, následná analýza reálné situace v mediální skupině POHODA a návrh konkrétních změn za použití teoretických nástrojů.
