Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá prostorovou strukturou města Čáslav a jejím vlivem na cenu nemovitostí. Jinak rozsáhlá je ekonomická náročnost nemovitostí v centru města, na sídlišti nebo v zástavbě rodinnými domy.Pomocí průzkumu a následného rozboru získaných dat z trhu nemovitostí je provedeno vyhodnocení cen nemovitostí v závislosti na umístění bytové zástavby ve městě.
Abstract:
This master thesis deals with the spatial town structure of Čáslav and its influence on the price of real estate. Economic demands of real estate is extensive in a different way in the city centre, in a housing estate or in a housing development.Evaluation of the property price depending on the location of residential buildings in the city is performed by survey and subsequent analysis of obtained …more
