Předmětem práce je porovnání a zhodnocení realitních trustů s jinými inves-tičními alternativami z pohledu výnosu a rizik. The subject of the thesis is to compare and evaluate real estate investment trusts with other investment alternatives in terms of returns and risks. The main aim of the thesis is to assess a selected sample of REITs based on chosen analytical methods and subsequently compare them with alternative investments using selected indicators.
