Abstract:

Práce s názvem „Mobiliární fondy státních hradů a zámků - mobiliární fond Hostim“ se zabývá vývojem právních norem a nastiňuje společenské podmínky, které zapříčinily vznik státních mobiliárních fondů ve správě Národního památkového ústavu. Jako příklad, na kterém jsem chtěla ilustrovat legislativní a správní vývoj konfiskací po druhé světové válce, jsem zvolila svozový mobiliární fond Hostim. Porovnáním právních předpisů, na jejichž základě byl uskutečněn převod, evidence a ochrana předmětů zkonfiskovaných ve prospěch státu s archivními dokumenty, jsem chtěla doložit složitost úkolu, který vyvstal v období těsně po druhé světové válce před tehdejšími správními orgány. Závěr popisuje téma svozů obecně, v souvislosti s problematikou přístupnosti pro vědecké a badatelské účely, a také proměnu historické budovy bývalého šlechtického velkostatku na sídlo Domova pro seniory.

Abstract:

The dissertation titled ‘The Furnishing Funds of State-Owned Castles and Chateaux – Furnishing Fund Hostim’ deals with the development of legal regulation and outlines the social circumstances which led to the creation of state-owned furnishing fund administered by the National Heritage Institute. I selected the Furnishing Collection Fund Hostim as an example on which I intended to demonstrate the legislative and administrative development of the confiscation of property in the time following the Second World War. By comparing the legal regulation based on which the transfer, cataloguing, and preservation of certain items, which had been confiscated, by the state, had been carried out, with material from the archives, I intended to document the difficulty of the task with which the authorities of the period immediately after the Second World War were faced. The conclusion contains a general description of the collection of the items in question with regard to the issues pertaining to their accessibility for academic and research-related purposes as well as the transformation of the historical structure – formerly a manor farm estate owned by the nobility – into an old people’s home.
