Minor quaternary benzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloids - their isolation and biological effects

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá minoritními kvartérními benzo[c]fenanthridinovými alkaloidy: sanguirubinem, sanguilutinem, chelirubinem, chelilutinem a makarpinem. Teoretická část se věnuje jejich chemickým vlastnostem, biologickým účinkům a uvádí dosud popsané metody jejich separace. Praktická část je věnována ověření jedné z těchto separačních metod.

Abstract:

This thesis is interested in minor quaternary benzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloids: sanguirubine, sanguilutine, chelirubine, chelilutine and macarpine. Theoretical part of this thesis engages in thein chemical properties, biological activities and states described methods of separation of these alkaloids. Practical part of thesis is devoted to attestation of one of this separation method.
