Proposals for an introduction of a motivational system in Indet Safety System, Plc.
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu motivačního systému v konkrétním podniku a navrhnout jeho zlepšení. V teoretické části budou analyzovány nejčastěji využívané způsoby motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců. Na základě získaných poznatků bude v praktické části práce proveden návrh zefektivnění motivačního systému pro vybranou organizaci.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the motivation system in a particular company and propose its improvement. In the theoretical part, the most frequently used methods of employee motivation and stimulation will be analyzed. On the basis of the acquired knowledge, practical work will be done on designing an effective system of motivation for the selected organization.
