Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na právní kodexy spojené s obdobím vlády dynastie Přemyslovců a Lucemburků v Čechách. Popisuje okolnosti vzniku a význam prvních právních dokumentů, na pozadí historického vývoje českého státu. Součástí práce je rozbor jednotlivých dokumentů včetně ukázky textu, případně celé znění.
Abstract:
The bachelor work is focused on legal code during the period of Přemyslid and Luxembourg house reign. It describes the circumstances of its origin and the importance of the first legal documents based on historic development of the Czech State. The work also analyses the documents with their partial or full length attached.
