Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat hlavní příčiny fluktuace novinářů ve vybraném městě. Diplomová práce má tři části. V teoretických kapitolách se autor zabývá konceptualizací pojmů, které ve výzkumu používá. Abstract:
This diploma thesis aims to identify main causes of employee turnover of journalists in a selected city. It consists of three main parts. In theoretical chapters author deals with conceptualisation of main terms used in research. Besides fluctuation itself, text focuses on following concepts: journalism, news reporter and perception.
