Téma diplomové práce pojednává o tradičních a netradičních hedgingových technikách. Teoretická část je zaměřena na historii finančních trhů. Detailně popisuje systém řízení rizik, hedging a diverzifikaci a vysvětluje běžné metody pro analýzu trhu, které slouží i jako úvod pro moderní analýzy trhu, jakými jsou například Black Swan a Dragon King.
