Tato práce má za cíl analyzovat soudní přezkum rozhodčích nálezů Arbitrážního soudu pro sport. Mezinárodní sportovní arbitráž zažívá rozkvět, spolu se kterým je nutné začít zkoumat specifika sportovní arbitráže a s tím související podmínky kontroly rozhodčích nálezů.
